New York got out of gate in fine shape wining 16 games in April but for the most part everyone is bunched together with 10 teams having 11, 12 or 13 wins. 

Youth was served in the general draft. Carter Jensen was the first selection and 5 other prospects went in the first round. 

16 restricted free agents switched teams and 16 unrestricted free agents were signed during the free agent draft. Next up is the general draft.
